CANADA SHIPPING

We ship orders Monday through Friday. Purchases made after 12pm (PDT) will not begin processing until the next day. If you place your order after 12pm PDT on a Friday, your order will begin processing the following week. Please consider this when placing your order.

SHIPPING TIMES:

Expected time to process and ship orders is 2 business days. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

Our shipping will range from $7-$13 depending on the preferred Shipping Address and Shipping Option, with an estimated delivery of 10 business days after processing. 

NOTE: We use an automatic system to check all addresses and ensure they are correct. We reach out via email to verify these addresses. If we do not hear back from you confirming/correcting the address, this Address Verification Process may delay your shipment. We do not refund shipping (expedited or standard) for packages delayed due to Address Verification.

We cannot change the shipping address or shipping method once an order has been placed.

We cannot cancel an order once it has been processed for fulfillment.

Note: Our system does not recognize emojis or special characters/font. If an emoji or special characters/font are included in the billing/shipping address, we will have to cancel the order.

 

Senzu is not responsible for any carrier delays.

 

HIGH VALUED ORDERS:

We will ensure that your bottles are safe and sound. We suggest you provide an address where you are available to sign for the package during normal business hours. If, for any reason, you are not available to sign for the package at the time of delivery, the carrier will hold the package at their local office for your convenience.

Orders shipping to the any of the aforementioned locations, will be canceled and refunded

HOW IT WORKS:

Orders placed on Senzuhealth.com:

Email support@senzuhealth.com and provide the information below

  1. Shopify Order ID Product Ordered

  2. Name

  3. Reason(s) for Return

  4. Proof (if applicable)

 CONDITIONS APPLY:

  • Returns will not be accepted without  Shopify Order ID  number.

  • Return drop-offs will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.

  • If you are returning multiple items, you do not need to generate multiple labels unless you plan on shipping items out in separate packages. 

  • Depending on the form of return shipping you choose, it can take up to 10 business days for your return to reach us. Once your package has returned to our warehouse, a refund (minus the original cost of shipping) or exchange will be processed based on your request, and an email notification will be sent upon completion.

  • Refunds will be issued in the amount equaling the item’s original purchase price and minus the original shipping cost. If we provide you with a return label, $7.50 will be deducted from your total refund. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) is/are delivered.

DISCLAIMER

  • Our Lifetime money back guarantee is valid only to Canada customers who purchased product from Senzuhealth.com, Amazon.com. Refund requests on purchases made via other third-party affiliates or health stores must be directed to the appropriate retailer. 

  • Our Lifetime Money Back Guarantee is valid only once per product, and redeemable item(s) must be shipped back to our Facility  (at customers expense) with a valid receipt in order to process the return. Refunds will not be given without a valid receipt and a return authorization number. Customers may not return same item for refund more than once. We do not refund the original cost for shipping on returns where the order was successfully delivered to the customer.
