At Senzu Health, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, please review our refund policy below:

We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@senzu.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  3. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

   - If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days- depending to financial institution.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check Your Bank Account: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  2. Contact Your Credit Card Company: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  3. Contact Your Bank: Processing times can vary, and there may be delays.

5. Exchanges

We  replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [support@senzu.com] for assistance.
