I'm ONLY giving a 1 star because I'm a little miffed that there is no stated "iron" content.. i.e. how much iron am I getting from 1 capsule.. all I read is "antioxidant" .. so what does this mean in respect to "iron" .. as I am iron deficient and am looking for a natural iron supplement .
